The Camauro

Pope Benedict XVI resurrects yet another piece of traditional garb, the Camauro. I saw it first in a picture taken from far off and thought it was one of those things you buy and Wal-Mart with the white band around the head and cone like thing that is topped off with a white poof ball sort of thing. I though, "well, he'll take some crap from the rad-trads about this". Then I saw Fr. Tucker's post on it and was corrected. Of course it's not what any pillar of the faith stands on to any degree, but it is still so great to be seeing little traditions being resurrected. It's not as smashing as the Mozzetta, but it's still quite nice.
